Employee loyalty and attitude studies
We help clients determine the attitudes of their employees through personal, telephone, and mail surveys. Each survey is specially designed for our clients. We can help clients measure issues that relate to Loyalty, Morale, Communications, Diversity, Pay and benefits, and other custom issues.
Employee attitude surveys are usually done annually. Management can determine if programs put in place to change attitudes are really working or only receiving lip service. Managers know that "what gets measured is what gets done!" Measurement helps drive employee programs to desired outcomes.
We've spent a lot of money developing teams, how well is our program doing? One client found that many employees thought the team development program had been abandoned or was of less importance than management wanted.
How satisfied with their jobs are our employees? One health care client found that employees in two branch offices were extremely satisfied with their jobs. A study of patients using those offices found they were dissatisfied with the quality and level of service they received. Conclusion? Employees were too satisfied and weren't doing their jobs.
How good a job are our branch managers doing in creating employee satisfaction? A telephone survey of health care employees in each office produced valuable information about intra-company communications and quality of local management.
